I think I'm missing a coin from my subscription, what do I do?
For help managing any subscriptions started before September 1st 2021, please have a read of our article here.
If you think you're missing a coin from your subscription purchased after September 1st 2021, please follow the below steps to check what coins you should have received:
Log in online to ‘My Account’
You can then view ‘Purchase History’ this will show all items that have been paid for and the status of these within your subscription
If you have not received all of these items, please check your dispatch email to see when this order was dispatched.
If you've allowed 7-10 working days for your order to arrive and it still has not arrived with you as expected, please reach out to our Customer Care Team confirming which coin you think you're missing and they will be able to investigate into this for you.
