Why has my parcel not arrived?
Please check our delivery information table for estimated delivery timescales depending on the shipping method you've selected.
Our advised delivery times are from the date we have dispatched the order, if you're waiting for your parcel and think it is outside the shipping time frame, please check the following:
That the item you have ordered is not awaiting stock or is a pre-order item
That your order has been dispatched (Check you've received a dispatch email OR check the status of your order showing under your account is dispatched)
Check your tracking details within your dispatch email, can you see that your order is with your local delivery office? Has your order already attempted to be delivered and is awaiting re-delivery?
If after checking your tracking details your order is showing as delivered however you've not received this, please read here for more information.
