My item has arrived damaged, what do I do?
We're sorry that your item has arrived with you in less than perfect condition!
If your item has arrived with you damaged, please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can issue you with a replacement.
When returning do not forget to select “Arrived Damaged” as your reason for return.
