If you think you're missing an item from your order, we recommend checking the following:
Your order may have been sent in multiple parcels due to us partially fulfilling your order, we do this so you can receive your items as soon as possible. Please check your emails from us to see if they are arriving separately.
Please check if you've ordered items that are on pre-order or awaiting stock, these items may be sent to you at a later date than the rest of your order once we have the item available.
Occasionally, an item purchased may be unexpectedly out of stock which means we're unable to fulfil this as expected. Please check your emails from us to see if you have been contacted to be notified that an item on your order is unavailable.
If your parcel is visibly damaged on arrival or if you've checked through the above and you still have an item missing from your order, please contact the Customer Care Team within 28 days of receipt and we can investigate into this for you.
