My order tracking shows my order as being delivered, but I haven’t received it?
We're sorry to hear that you've not yet received your order as expected!
If your order is showing as delivered today however you're unable to locate this, it could be due to a rare scanning error with Royal Mail. Please allow a further 24 hours for your parcel to be delivered as expected.
After this time if your order doesn't arrive, please can you make sure you've checked the following:
Check with any other members of your household to see if they've accepted your parcel on your behalf
Check with your neighbours and in any safe places on your property to see if your parcel has been left if you were not in at the time of attempted delivery
If after doing the above you've been unable to locate your parcel, please reach out to our Customer Care Team directly with your order number and full delivery address so we can investigate into this further.
